RoofQuote Data Deletion Policy

Effective date: 23 September 2026

This policy applies to the RoofQuote Android app and explains how to delete data stored by the app or shared with service providers.

Delete local RoofQuote data

Delete an individual project or roof section using its delete action in RoofQuote. To remove remaining app data, use Android Settings > Apps > RoofQuote > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall RoofQuote. Menu labels may vary by Android version.

Exported backups, PDFs, Word documents, and spreadsheets are separate files. Delete them from each location where you saved or shared them, including any cloud drive, email, or messaging service. Ask recipients to delete copies they control.

Google Play purchase records

Clearing app data or uninstalling RoofQuote does not delete Google Play transaction records or cancel a purchase. Manage purchases, refunds, and subscriptions through Google Play.

DevHub purchase-verification records

Clearing app data or uninstalling RoofQuote does not delete purchase-verification records held by DevHub. The reviewed backend code does not specify automatic expiry or a fixed retention period for purchase records. Contact wukuiqing@gmail.com to request information or deletion. The developer has not confirmed whether every record can be deleted or the time needed to process a request; records may remain while this is reviewed.

Crash diagnostics and contact

Crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics are not removed by clearing RoofQuote storage. Contact the developer at the address above for help with a privacy request. Do not include customer or project data unless it is necessary to identify the request.

Deletion of local project data may be permanent. Export a backup first only if you need a copy, then delete that copy when it is no longer needed.
